At Lily & Bennett, we strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
Return Process

Submit your return request via info@lilyandbennett.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and traceability.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved upon inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
