While we strive to provide timeless fashion and exceptional customer service, we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

We offer a full refund on all non-sale items and on sale items with a discount of less than 40%.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund — no questions asked.
Please note: This guarantee does not apply to items purchased with a discount of 40% or more. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Tracking & System Sync
Tracking updates may take several days to synchronize within the shipping system. This delay does not indicate that an order is unprocessed, lost, or eligible for cancellation.
No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Sale items with a discount below 40% may be returned only if they meet all return conditions listed below.
Return Conditions
Sale items discounted by less than 40% must meet the same conditions as regular-priced items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must still be attached
- Trying on items is permitted, however items may not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer
- You may only request a return after you have physically received the item
A $15 restocking fee per returned item applies to cover inspection and handling costs. This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
No Returns or Refunds for Trying Multiple Sizes
Customers are not permitted to purchase multiple identical items solely for the purpose of trying different sizes. Orders placed with this intent are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.
Lily & Bennett does not refund or cover return shipping costs under any circumstance.
Customers must wait for approval and return instructions from our support team before sending any return package.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and traceable shipping method for all returns. Lily & Bennett is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the agreement becomes binding. From that moment onward, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Customers must wait until the order has been delivered before submitting a return request, subject to the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

No Exchanges for Sale Items
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available on sale items, including exchanges for different sizes or colors.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

How to Request a Return

Important: Returns that are not registered by email will not be accepted or processed. In such cases, the return may be rejected, and the right to a refund may be forfeited.
Return Address
Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions by email.
Please do not send any returns without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced in cases where returned items do not fully meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.
Liability
Lily & Bennett is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Any address corrections or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, Lily & Bennett cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

All returns must include a properly completed return form.
Returns received without this form may not be processed or refunded.
